چکیده

Cancer is one of the diseases that cause biggest death in world. The research for natural compounds derived from marine very developed at this time, especially algae. Brown algae have more phenolic content than other types algae, T. decurrens Bory brown had taken Indonesian island Dutungan, South Sulawesi. Phenolic groups are also known to be able inhibit growth cancer cells. purpose study isolate and identify using spectrophotometer instruments. isolates obtained were tested anticancer activity against H460 MCF-7 Extraction was carried out by maceration method, fractionation done chromatography column eluent n-hexane:EtOAc: MeOH increasing polarity. structure determination based on interpretation FT-IR, 1D-NMR 1H,13C, ESI-LCMS spectra data test used MTT bioassay. as gallic acid, result IC50 value cells 5.69 μg/ml 4.63 μg/ml. As a positive control cisplatin with an 5.81 5.59 Gallic acid has higher toxic effect compared cisplatin. One compound been found which acid. cisplatin, can agent.

postnatal studies of bats (pipistrellus kuhlii and miniopterus schreibersii) & histomorphology and histochemistry studies of organs and diseases of (neurergus microspilotus and n. kaiseri)

1. to determine whether difference in birth body mass influenced growth performance in pipistrellus kuhlii we studied a total of 12 captive-born neonates. bats were assigned to two body mass groups: light birth body mass (lbw: 0.89 ± 0.05, n=8) and heavy birth body mass (hbw: 1.35 ± 0.08, n=4). heavier body mass at birth was associated with rapid postnatal growth (body mass and forearm length) ...
